How can I order?

Then, you can place your order by clicking "My Cart" at the top right of our page, entering your payment information after the cargo and delivery information that the system will ask you.

The cargo companies that your orders will be sent to through our site will appear before you during the ordering stages, and you need to make a choice.

How much is the cargo fee?
The shipping fee calculated by the system based on your shopping on our site will be specified during the shipping selection during the ordering stages.

I placed my order, what happens next?
After your order reaches our system without any problems, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you used when creating your membership on our site, stating the details of your order. Our customer representatives will prepare your products and ship them to you in order to deliver your order to you as soon as possible without any problems. Your order will be shipped within 4 business days at the latest after it reaches us. When your product is delivered to the shipping company, we will send you another e-mail and inform you about the shipping. You can make your payments with Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard credit cards, Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery options.

How can I track the status of my order?
You can track all the orders you have placed on our site from the My Orders section on your Account page after logging in to your membership.

My order has been shipped. How can I check its status?
After logging in to your membership, your orders are listed on your Account page. You can track the status of your order in the cargo by clicking on the cargo link next to your order that has been shipped.

What should I pay attention to when receiving the product?
Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the cargo officer you received. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product by having a report drawn up by the cargo company. Do not forget that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received.

Forgot My Password?
Click on the "I forgot my password" link on the login page and enter the e-mail address you used when registering on the site, an e-mail containing the password you provided to us when logging in to the site will be sent to you in a very short time.

Return Information

Every product you purchase is under the warranty of the manufacturer.

You can return the product you purchased without opening/destroying//damaging its packaging, without using the product, within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery in the same condition as you received it. Return the product with a petition or return form that includes the product invoice, order number.

Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the authorized person of the company you received them from. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product by having a report drawn up by the cargo company. Please remember that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received.

Returns of products whose packaging has been opened, used, damaged, etc. are not accepted.

The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to them and, if used, to compensate for the loss of commercial value of the product due to use.

If the customer returns the product or cancels the purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) days from the moment the returned product reaches us. The product return fee to the credit card is made by your bank within 2-6 weeks. Our company has no savings during this period.

In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, damage, tearing, use, etc. is detected in the product and its packaging and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted back and the price will not be refunded.

For any malfunctions that may occur after the product reaches the customer, the authorized services of the manufacturer should be contacted.

In cases where the conditions are met, the shipping fee will be paid by the customer for returned products.

Bank transfer refunds will be made within 2 business days and Credit Card refunds will be made within 3 business days. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day. In this case, you need to call your bank's credit card service. After the "Cancelled" warning appears regarding your order, the entire amount is returned to your credit card or the bank you made the transfer to. Refunds made in installment sales are reflected on your credit card by your bank as a positive balance every month.
